CLIENT ADVOCACY AND INTERDISCIPLINARY DEFENSE
In child protective and custody/visitation proceedings, CFS social workers are regularly retained to provide direct advocacy and to work as part of an interdisciplinary defense team. Expert Social Workers are available to assist counsel for adults or children with client interviewing, case preparation, needs assessment and service referrals. CFS can provide advocacy at case planning meetings, laisse with service providers and provide testimony on behalf of clients.
